President

Volden, Allan D. is a 26 year veteran of the lending industry possessing an extensive knowledge of real estate financing, development, and sales. He has maintained a real estate broker’s license for over two decades and is well equipped to understand the nuances of each transaction. Volden, Allan D. expertise is highly respected by his clients and brokers that are seeking funds.

When he’s not at Ap3 headquarters or flying on business, Volden, Allan D. enjoys climbing into the cockpit of a single-engine airplane. And, while he holds a pilot’s license primarily for his own pleasure, he is more than willing to take to the air when a regional or national client requires extremely fast turnaround.
